Though a leader in terms of delivering award-winning healthcare, our client was not performing on the same level when it came to their patient cash projections. As the percentage of collections from self-pay vendors declined, our client outsourced its self-pay accounts receivable between three competing vendors.

THE RESULTS

Within 150 days, PFS Group was outperforming the other competitors by more than 20%. Within 6 months, our client had increased the share of inventory assigned to PFS Group to over ⅔ of all their patient accounts. Within the year, PFS Group became the exclusive provider for self-pay accounts and balance-after-insurance. Our exclusive relationship with this client, is one of only two service areas within this client’s entire health system that is handled by only one vendor.
